Hi I'm Belle

I’m almost a 4 year old, Warrior!

I was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis shortly after birth.

Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic disease which mainly causes lung and digestive issues due to thick, sticky mucous that builds up, which causes chronic lung infections. There is no cure for it.

Cystic Fibrosis research receives NO FEDERAL FUNDING, so any and all money for research is raised by regular people, like you .

On October of 2018 Belle had a seizure. She stopped breathing and had to be life-flighted to Des Moines. The doctors didn’t know why she had the seizure so they sent us home.

On November 3rd Belle had another seizure and stopped breathing again. She was diagnosed with Complex Partial Seizures and from then until July of 2019 she had seizures at least once a month.

She was seizure free from July of 2019 until December 31st of 2019, when she had another one.
